YOGHURT CUPCAKE

This is a healthy treat you can have for breakfast or as a snack for anytime of the day… lets get cooking

  1. add some greek sweetened or unsweetened yoghurt into bowl

  2. add some full cream liquid milk

  3. mash 2 fingers of bananas and set aside

  4. chop your your apples or any fruit into small cubes or chunks

  5. Go in with some date syrup

  6. add the mashed bananas and some of the apples then mix till everything is well combined

  7. fill the batter into the cupcake bowls

  8. top off with some fruits and some nuts .. freeze for like an hour or more
