Yam porridge with fried fish

Yam porridge also known as Asaro is a very sweet yam delicacy.

  1. Cut your yam into desired size,wash and put in a pot to boil
  2. Wash and Cut your Titus fish,spice with salt, pepper, stock cube,curry, thyme..rub the spices well into the fish and marinate for few minutes
  3. Heat up vegetable oil and fry your fish until done
  4. Check your yam,once it's getting soft, add your spices (salt , stock cube, onions,pepper, crayfish and Palm oil)
  5. Let it boil untill the yam is very soft and thick
  6. Once it's ready, serve and enjoy with your fried fish
