Yam & plantain porridge

Enjoy this special yam & plantain recipe.

  1. Cut your yam and plantain into little cubes and boil untill soft

  2. Heat up palm oil,fry onions

  3. Add your blended pepper and allow to fry for few minutes

  4. Add salt, stock cube and crayfish,allow to fry fro few minutes

  5. Pour your sauce into your already boiled yam& plantain
