YAM AND POTATO PORRIDGE

THIS RECIPE IS ALL SHADES OF YUMMINESS AND A MUST TRY.

  1. Add some chopped onions and stir fry for 1 minute

  3. Fry the tomato till it is properly cooked which takes about 8 minutes

  4. add seasoning and some crayfish powder to taste .

  5. add water enough to cook your yam

  6. add your Titus fish

  7. add your Yama and potato then mix everything to combine , cover the pot to cook for 35 minutes on low heat.

  8. after 35 minutes check on your yam to see if it is soft , if not allow to cook for another 10 minutes.

  9. add ugwu leaf and scent leaf then mix everything to combine then cover to cook for 3 minutes
