White Spaghetti with Hot Stew

If you’re tired of eating mixed or jollof spaghetti, here’s another delicious way our preparing your pasta,it tastes so good that I’m almost getting addicted

  1. Start by putting your pot of water on fire, add your spaghetti once the water is about to start boiling.
  2. Add salt and little vegetable oil to the boiling Spaghetti, the vegetable oil will make it not to gum together
  3. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes, till tender as desired.
  4. While you're cooking the pasta, wash your smoked fish (kpanla) with hot water, set aside
  5. Blend your tomatoes onions and peppers, set aside, slice some onions also and set aside
  6. Remember to check your pasta, to avoid overcooking it, drain out excess water once the pasta is soft enough.
  7. In a separate pot,heat up vegetable oil,add the sliced onions,fry a little.
  8. Add the sachets of tomatoes, fry a little before adding the blended mixture of tomatoes and peppers, add the smoked fish(kpanla),continue frying.
  9. Add curry, seasoning powder and seasoning cubes to taste, fry a little bit more, till you fry out the water in the blended mixture.
  10. Add salt and a little water(optional), taste for salt and serve alongside the boiled pasta.
