Who doesn’t love a classic vanilla cake? No one!! This is just the recipe you need. It’s simple and delicious

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c.. Cream your sugar and butter together till it's white in color
  2. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs and mix together
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix till everything is well combined
  4. Grease and butter your pan and coat with flour
  5. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes depending on the oven
  6. Bring it out of the oven and allow it to cool down before removing it from the pan
  7. You can serve warm or cold depending on your preference
  8. Either serve with a cold tea or refreshing scoop of ice cream
