Turkey Groundnut soup

This is a yummy soup made peanut and turkey. It’s delicious and can be eaten with rice, starch, eba, pounded yam etc this is a recipe you’re going to love

  1. Rinse the turkey with water

  2. Put in a pot and add in some seasoning cubes

  3. Then sprinkle in some salt to taste

  4. Then add in some sliced onions

  5. Mix this together and add in some water

  6. Cover and allow this to boil for 30 minutes
  7. After 30 minutes, remove the turkey and grill or fry

  8. Blend the peanut, scotch bonnet peppers and crayfish together till smooth
  9. Add the peanut paste to the stock on fire
