Tomato egg sauce

Tomato egg sauce is a delicious replacement if you don’t want the regular scrambled eggs..

  1. Heat up vegetable oil and fry onions and blended pepper mix(pepper, garlic & ginger)for 5 minutes

  2. Add your tin tomato paste,stir and allow to fry for 3 minutes

  3. Add water and more oil,allow to fry for 5 minutes

  4. Add your spices (salt,curry,thyme, nutmeg,basil leaves,stock cube),fry for 5 minutes

  5. Whisk 10 eggs

  6. Add your whisked eggs and allow to form,put in few bay leaves

  7. Once the eggs form,stir and put off heat,food is ready

  8. Serve and enjoy with anything,I used rice
