Stuffed Pancake

stuffed pancake is a regular pancakes that is stuffed with proteins and vegetables, then rolled up and eaten

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, powdered milk, sugar, baking powder,salt) mix it together. Then add your eggs and water to get a slightly thick consistency, then you start frying with life’s drops of oil on a nonstick frypan. Then chop up cabbage and grate carrots mix in a bowl with mayonnaise and ketchup, then in another pan get your shredded beef or chicken breast, season it and fry till it’s tender enough for about 7mins, then mix with the vegetables. Put it in the fried pancake and roll.😊
