Stir fry Spagetti

Spagetti is an all time italian food. This dish is particularly easy to make and since its italian, it is safe to garnish it with some dried herbs/spices.

  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Add the spagetti and some salt

  3. Stir and let it cook for 6mins

  4. While cooking, cut the carrots, onions and bell peppers

  5. Once the spag is almost done, strain and keep aside

  6. Now place the oil in a pan and heat

  7. Add the onions first and fry for less than a minute

  8. Add the carrots and fry for an addition 1 minute

  9. Next, add the bell peppers and stir

  10. Let that cook for a minute, then take out and set aside

  11. In the remaining oil, add tomato paste

  12. Now add the curry and seasoning powder and stir for about 1 minute.
  13. Add the almost fully cooked spagetti

  14. Stir carefully in order not to cut the spag short of length

  15. Once fully covered in the sauce, add the stir fried veggies and stir

  16. Once the veggies are evenly distributed, spag is ready. Serve this as a main dish paired with grilled chicken or saussages. Enjoy!
