Som Tum Salad

This is a Thai salad. It is very nutritious and filling. It can be served as an appetizer before the main course is served. The ingredients are readily available and easy to source. It is also very delicious and healthy, and is quick to fix.

  1. 1. In a bowl, cut your unripe pawpaw, tomatoes, onion, lettuce into julienne.
  2. 2. Pick basil leaves and add to salad bowl.
  3. 3. Drizzle some lemon, fish sauce and add peanuts.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge to preserve.
