Rice, beans and fish stew

It is rich in protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. Rice and beans cooked separately and served together with stew

  1. Put a clean pot on the fire and add water. Wash rice and put in the boiling water then add salt. Allow to cook

  2. In another clean pot, add water and put on the fire. Then pick the bean, wash and add to the pot on the fire. Add salt and onions. Allow to cook until it is soft

  3. Put a different pot on fire, add vegetable oil and slice onion then allow to fry until the onions is translucent. Add the pepper mixture, add the tomato paste allow to fry. Then add the salt, curry, thyme and the seasoning cubes. Then stir together and add fish. Allow to cook for 15minutes

  4. Serve the beans and rice in the same plate and add the stew
