Rice and Fish Cabbage Sauce

An easy recipe that can be used by vegetarians or non vegetarians made from cabbages and other vegetables. Its simple but delicious.

  1. Blend up tomatoes,peppers,bell peppers and onions

  2. Wash your cabbage and dice
  3. Prepare whatever protein source you are going to use(optional). Boil your meat or chicken or egg or fish and keep aside

  4. In a pot add in a few tablespoons of vegetable oil as desire. Pour in the blended mixture and set your heat on medium. Add in your protein source,seasoning cubes and spices of your choice and allow to simmer

  5. In another pot add in a few cups of rice, wash with clean water,add water to a little way above the rice and set to boil
  6. Add in your diced cabbage to the simmering sauce and stir well. Reduce your heat to low and cover the pot for 2minutes. Congratulations your sauce is ready to eat
  7. When your rice is soft, serve it along with the sauce and any drink of your choice
