Vegetable oil

Rice and Dry fish sauce

Rice and Dry fish sauce is a very good combo,try it and thank me later.

  1. Wash 2 cups of rice,put in a pot and boil untill soft
  2. Cut onions and. Set aside
  3. Blend tomatoes and pepper together
  4. Wash your dry fish with hot water and salt,to remove the dirt ..
  5. Heat up vegetable oil, Stir in onions and fry for few minutes
  6. Add your blended tomatoes ,and let it fry
  7. Add in your salt, stock cube,curry, coriander and nutmeg,let it cook for 5 minutes
  8. Add in your dry fish and mix properly,allow to cook for 4 minutes
  9. Serve and enjoy with your boiled rice
