Your simple and easy to make sapa rice and beans

  1. Perboil your beans

  2. Pound pepper and set aside

  3. Put groundnut oil in a pot and heat it up

  4. Add onion to the hot groundnut oil and fry till its tender

  5. Add in your already pounded pepper and allow to fry for 2 minutes on low heat

  6. Add water and spices then bring it to a boil

  7. Add in your per boiled beans and allow to cook for 2 minutes

  8. Then you add your washed rice and cover for 25 minutes on medium to low heat
