Quaker oat

Quaker oat is one of nature perfect foods . It can be used for weight loss (diet) . It is a healthy food .

  1. On a low heat, pour some milk, sugar and water in a pot and allow to boil a little, then pour your dissolved oat into the pot containing your milk and sugar and stir
  2. Allow it to cook for few minutes…. Your oat is ready !!!!
