Pounded yam and stew

When tired of eating vegetable soup with pounded yam, stew serve as an alternative.

  1. Cut, wash and cook your yam and put on fire then close the lid.

  2. Cook until soft and easy to break or crush

  3. Put immediately after cooking in a motor and pestle and pound until soft and fluffy

  4. When done mold in a leather and put in your food flask.
  5. To make a stew, blend your pepper, tomatoes, onions to paste you may add garlic and fresh ginger to it.

  6. Put oil on a medium heat, add your paste and fry it,

  7. Add your meat and the broth, seasoned it and close for a while until done.
