Potato chips

Potatoes is rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. Potatoes were a life-saving food source in early times because the vitamin C prevented scurvy….potato chips is a great snack for the go..can be enjoyed anytime of the day

  1. Peel your potatoes and dice into desired shapes...i prefer strips.....make sure it is thin enough so as to allow it cook easily
  2. Heat your oil under medium heat...when it is hot enough reduce heat and start frying ... add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the oil
  3. Deep fry till you achieve the golden brown and you can drain
