Orange juice

Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C. One cup contains twice the daily recommended value.

  1. Wash and cut the oranges

  2. Remove and discard the seeds and peel.

  3. Separate the orange pieces and then pour in a blender jar and blend add around 2 cup of water and blend till smooth.

  4. Strain the orange juice using a strainer, Serve the orange juice immediately. Enjoy!
