ONION TURKEY SAUCE

This sauce is absolutely delicious and for the onions lovers, so if you are not a fan of onions you can skip this recipe (lol)…

  1. In your pot or pan go in with some vegetable oil

  2. Add some seasoning and mixed spices, give that a stir to combine with the oil

  3. Go in with your soft turkey , and stir fry on both sides for 10 minutes

  4. When the turkey is nice and brown, take it our and set aside

  5. Now go in with your chopped onions, depending on how much sauce you want to make of it.

  6. stir fry the onions until it is translucent , then go in with some blended tatashe

  7. Go in with some seasoning to taste

  8. Add some crayfish powder and some salt, cook the onions till it is very soft and sweet and soggy.

  9. Go back in with your turkey and cook for another 2-3 minutes and your sauce is ready

  10. The best pair for this sauce is some boiled or fried yams.
