Omelette

Delicious omelette that can be eaten alone,with bread or any side you want

  1. Beat eggs, add salt to taste.
  2. Turn on your stove
  3. Add vegetable oil to a pan
  4. Fry chicken sausage till it turns brown,
  5. In a separate pan, boil washed broccoli, season with seasoning cubes, salt and pepper to taste, boil for 10 minutes till tender.
  6. Add vegetable oil to the pan used to fry the sausage
  7. Sauté onions
  8. Add the chopped ingredients, stir and fry properly
  9. Add seasoning and salt to taste
  10. Add the beaten eggs
  11. Fry until fully cooked
  12. Serve while it’s hot
