OKRO SOUP

OKRO soup is one of he most popular native soup made with okra, meats ,fish ,palm oil etc. it popularly served with eba or fufu made from cassava.

  1. this is the consistency you need for your okra

  2. add your protein to a pot , add some blended peppers, and seasoning.

  3. add some water then cover to cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the protein you're using

  4. prepare your okra by diving them into 2 parts

  5. the large part called the capital investment okra, cut Into large Chunks

  6. the second part called capital investment okra, slice thinly

  7. introduce the capital investment okra into a mortar or blender and pound

  9. by this time your protein is cooked and ready to go

  10. in your pan add some palm oil

  11. go in with the remaining blended peppers ,then add your protein and stock

  12. go in with your fish, croaker, catfish, or ay fish

  13. allow to cook for 4 minutes then take out the fish so it does not scatter
