Nigerian Party Jellof with coleslaw

A widely enjoyed delicacy at parties

  1. Cut up your fresh tomatoes onions and peppers in two equal halves for each piece
  2. Put in the oven and let it dry for 6 minutes
  3. Bring out and blend your roasted tomatoes onions and pepper
  4. Parboil your rice once it’s brought to a boil take it down
  5. In a clean pot add vegetable oil then add your roasted ground condiments
  6. Fry for 10-15 then pour in your crayfish meat stock and other ingredients equivalent to your parboiled rice
  7. Once that is done check for taste and pour in the parboiled rice cover the pot with a foil cover and let it cook
  8. When it’s almost dry out in a slab of butter in the center of the food and cover with the foil for two minutes
  9. Check for taste
  10. Serve and enjoy.
  11. Grate your carrot and cut up your cabbage mix systematically
  12. Serve with your rice and enjoy
