Nigerian Jellof Spaghetti

Yummy jellof spaghetti and fried chicken

  1. Add a moderate amount of vegetable oil into your pot
  2. Add your chopped onions,garlic and ginger and allow to fry for 2mins
  3. Add your tomato paste,curry,thyme,salt and seasoning into the pot and allow to fry properly for 4mins
  4. Go in with your blended pepper mix and allow the mixture to fry properly for 5minutes
  5. Add your chicken broth and the required amount of water to cook your spaghetti
  6. Add your pack of spaghetti into your pot and allow to cook for 10minutes
  7. Half way into the cooking time,add in your chopped vegetables (carrot,green pea and green bell pepper)
  8. After the total cooking time has been reached,serve with your fried chicken and there you have it,enjoy.
