NIGERIAN FRIED RICE

Nigerian fried rice is like every fried rice except with the use of curry for it’s distinct yellow/greenish colour .

  1. In a pan add some vegetable oil and onions and stir fry for 1 minutes. Go in with your washed rice, stir fry for about 5 minutes add one seasoning cube.

  2. Then go in with your meat stock. I'll advise you use goat meat stock, it has the best flavour .

  3. Cook the rice in the stock till its perfectly dried. The essence of the curry is to give the rice that Naija fried rice signature colour.

  4. Set the rice aside, in a pot melt some butter, go in with your chopped bell peppers, carrots and stir fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.

  5. Add some sausages and sweet corn too if you like and stir fry for 2 minutes

  6. Go in with the rice and combine the vegetables with the rice ,stir fry for 5 minutes and your Nail fried rice is ready!
