Native egg sauce

This native egg sauce is a perfect meal for when you want something very easy but not regular.

  1. Blend pepper,ginger ,garlic and set aside

  3. Cut your vegetable leaf,I used ugwu

  5. Heat up palm oil mixed with vegetable oil

  6. Stir in your blended onions and fry for 3 minutes

  7. Stir in your pepper mix and fry for 5 minutes

  8. Season with salt, stock cube, thyme,curry,dried basil leaves and cray fish,allow to fry for 3 minutes

  9. Add your whisked egg and allow to fry till the egg is done

  11. Mix properly and allow it simmer for a minute..Your egg sauce is ready.
