- 1 bulb onion
- 10 Small
- Chopped garlic
- 3 Medium
- Bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 3 Medium
- Fresh pepper
- 1 Bowl
- Shitake mushroom (or any other kind of mushroom)
- 2 Cup
- Whole milk
This savory sauce is a creamy, rich and delicious sauce made with mushrooms and goes well with pasta, rice, etc.
- Wash and cut the mushrooms and set aside
- Cut the garlic in blended form and cut the bell peppers and onions as well
- Blend your fresh pepper and set aside.
- Once the ingredients are ready, put your butter in a heated pan or pot, add in the onions and garlic and stair for 30 seconds, add in your mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Depending on the specie, if it's the hard brown mushroom, cook until it's really brown. Add your chopped bell peppers, fresh pepper and, seasoning cube and a pinch of salt to taste and cook for a minute. Pour in your milk, stir and cook for another minute
