Mushroom Sauce

This savory sauce is a creamy, rich and delicious sauce made with mushrooms and goes well with pasta, rice, etc.

  1. Wash and cut the mushrooms and set aside
  2. Cut the garlic in blended form and cut the bell peppers and onions as well
  3. Blend your fresh pepper and set aside.
  4. Once the ingredients are ready, put your butter in a heated pan or pot, add in the onions and garlic and stair for 30 seconds, add in your mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Depending on the specie, if it's the hard brown mushroom, cook until it's really brown. Add your chopped bell peppers, fresh pepper and, seasoning cube and a pinch of salt to taste and cook for a minute. Pour in your milk, stir and cook for another minute
