Moi-moi oka (corn moi-moi)

This delicious local dish is popular in Igbo and it’s made with corn.

  1. In a clean bowl, pour the measured blended corn.

  2. Add in your ingredients (onion, pepper, crayfish, seasoning cubes, palm oil and a small amount of water

  3. Stir the mixture together until it's thick

  4. Add ² cups of water into the mixture, add salt to taste and stir

  5. Scoop the mixture into nylons and cook for an hour and 30 minutes
