GOAT MEAT SHAWARMA

This is a snack made with tortilla ,mayo sauce, protein and other vegetables.

  1. Chop some onions and carrot.

  2. Cut some cabbages and bring out your sausages

  3. You'll be needing some chilli and garlic sauce( optional) you can replace with ketchup.

  5. And some cheese spread, you can use cheese cubes of cheese slices if you can't get the latter.

  6. You obviously will need your tortilla wraps or shawarma wraps.

  7. Add 2 spoons of mayo into a bowl

  8. Go in with some chilli garlic sauce.

  9. Add 2 table spoons of cheese spread, you can skip if you're not a cheese fan.

  10. Give this a good mix and set aside.

  11. In a pan add some vegetable oil

  12. Add your chopped onions into the pan and glaze the onions, that is fry til it's translucent .

  13. Take that out and go in with some sausages, cook till it's nicely brown and take it out.

  14. Time to put the shawarma together, place the tortilla wraps on the work table.

  15. Spread the creamy cheesy sauce on the wraps.

  17. Then go in with your cooked goat meat.

  18. Add the sausage and the glaze onions, then top off with some more cream .

  20. Then to seal it up add some cream to the edge of the wrap and seal.

  21. In a dry pan or grill pan place your shawarma to heat up for 2 minutes on each side.
