GOAT MEAT OWO SOUP
  1. Boil the goat meat using knorr cubes, blended onions, pepper, salt and cover to steam until the goat meat becomes tender. Then add the smoked catfish and cook until they're both tender. Add more water to the stock that will be enough for the soup
  2. Once the goat meat and smoked catfish are both tender, add in the blended crayfish and blended pepper to the stock and stir. Taste for seasonings, if it's not okay to your taste you can add more seasonings. Then add the palm oil
  3. Put the starch in a plate and add some water and mix until it is watery and free of lumps and set aside. Add in the native salt to the meat stock and start pouring in the starch mixture into the stock until it becomes thick. Make sure you stir continuously as you pour in the starch
  4. Cover the pot but let it be slightly open and cook for 5 minutes. Owo soup is ready to be served
