Geisha Egg Sauce

A delicious egg sauce recipe with geisha

  1. Chop the onions, grate the scotch bonnet
  2. Put some vegetable oil on fire
  3. Then add in the chopped onions and fry till translucent
  4. Then add in the scotch bonnet pepper and salt. Stir to combine and allow to fry for 3 minutes
  5. Afterwards, add in the geisha. Stir together and leave to fry for a minute or two
  6. Now, add in the raw eggs. Stir fry continually till everything is well incorporated and the egg is done
  7. Your geisha Egg Sauce is ready! Can be eaten with potato, yam, noodles etc
