Fried rice

Fried rice is a traditional Chinese preparation of cooked rice…it is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir fried

  1. Firstly get all your ingredients ready and keep aside
  2. Then parboil your rice , wash and cook again, but before cooking, add your chicken broth/ stock to the rice, thyme, curry, salt and seasoning and cook till it’s soft
  3. Then on another pot/ pan…. Cook on a low heat, pour some oil, your onions, spring onions, carrot, green pepper and beans, sweet corn , hot dogs, curry, seasoning, salt and stir all together and allow to cook for few minutes
  4. Then transfer your mixed veggies to your rice and mix all together
  5. It can be served with chicken, salad or anything of your choice
