Fried plantain with egg stew
  1. step one ;light your gas and put pot on ,rinse your egg and put in the pot , allow it to boil for 10mins
  2. step 2: proceed to peel plantain and dice into desired shape while the egg is on fire. check your egg bring it down and put the egg into a cold water
  3. step 3: put frying pan on fire, add groundnut oil, allow it to be hot then add your plantain one after the other ,once the side turn brown flip the other side too till the two side turn brown but not burn untill all the plaintain is ready
  4. step 4: put frying on fire add groundnut oil when it is little hot dice onions into it and stire for a minutes ,mind you do this on a normal flames ( not too low ,not too high)then add the grinded pepper add your seasoning to it ,. peel your egg ad to the stew and keep stirring till it is done.
  5. step 5: serve your plaintain and egg stew
