Fried plantain and vegetable sauce with hot dogs on the side

  1. Chop your ugwu leaves, pepper, onions and tomatoes
  2. Heat up your pan on medium and begin to fry the plantain until underneath is brown. Flip to the other side until frying
  3. For the vegetables, put up a pan on low heat and add little amount of oil
  4. Fry the onions for 3 minutes before adding your pepper and fresh tomatoes. Fry for 8 minutes on medium heat
  5. Add your vegetable, salt, seasoning cubes and crayfish to taste. Set aside
  6. Fry your hot dogs for a few minutes and serve your delicious meal. Vegetarians can skip this step
