Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and whisk
In another bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat your margarine till it's creamy
Then add in your sugar and mix till it's light and fluffy
Add in your eggs and mix to combine
Then add in the strawberry extract and mix
Now, we are going to add in the flour mixture into the margarine mixture little by little till it's exhausted
Now, we will add in the milk and strawberry puree and mix everything to combine
Add in a few drops of pink food coloring
Pour the batter in into foil plates and bake for 25 minutes
Your delicious strawberry cake is ready
