Tomato paste
1 Cup
Vegetable oil

Stock cube
2 Tablespoon
Curry and thyme
1 Teaspoon
Dried basil leaves

Fish sauce

A sweet fish sauce made with fresh Titus fish and sardines,you will love it.

  1. Heat up vegetable oil,fry fish for 5 minutes on each side and set aside.

  2. Fry your onions untill soft

  3. Add in your pepper mix(fresh pepper,ginger, garlic)and fry for 3 minutes

  4. Add your tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes

  5. Add little water and your spices(salt, stock cube,curry,thyme, dried basil leaves),allow to fry for 3 minutes

  6. Add in your fresh Titus fish and your sardines..allow to fry for 3 minutes and your sauce is ready

  7. Serve and enjoy with any rice,yam,bread e.t.c
