Ewa Agoyin and palm oil sauce

A nice mashy beans recipe normally eaten with a palm oil sauce

  1. Pick the beans and wash it
  2. Put in a pot and add water and salt
  3. Allow it to cook till beans is extremely soft
  4. For the sauce, roughly blend the pepper & onions
  5. Put palm oil in a pan and let it bleach
  6. After bleaching, allow the oil to cool down
  7. Put the oil back on fire and add in your roughly blended pepper and onions
  8. Add seasoning cubes and salt and allow to fry for 5 minutes
  9. Add in the deboned smoked fish and stir
  10. Allow the sauce to fry till you can see the oil floating
  11. Your ewa agoyin and sauce is ready
