Egusi Soup and Eba

An Nigerian dish

  1. Spice your protein your beef and chicken pour in water and bring to a boil
  2. In another pot add in red oil let it heat and pour in your onions
  3. Then add in your ground egusi with a small eating spoon
  4. Fry till the color changes then pour in your meat stock and smoked fish cover and allow to cook
  5. Add in your chopped Ugwu leaves allow to cook for some seconds until done
  6. Boil water in a kettle when it boils pour into your bowl of dry eba cover and let it rest for some seconds
  7. Open and turn
  8. Serve with the soup and enjoy
