Recipe for egusi soup

  1. 1. Wash your meat and steam it. Here I used cow meat. Add onions, salt, dry pepper and seasoning cubes to steam the meat.

  2. 2. In a bowl pour your grinded egusi and mix with warm water to form a paste.

  3. 3. Once your meat is done, remove it from the pot and keep it aside. Put your pot back on fire and allow the pot to dry to remove water. Pour your palm oil and onions into the pot and fry the onions for 5 minutes.
