Easy Plantain and Ugba Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut the unripe plantains into small pieces and cook them in a pot with water and salt until tender. Set aside.
  2. Heat palm oil in a pot.Add sliced onions, stir a bit, and add sliced tomatoes. Stir for a few seconds.
  3. Add pepper, Ugba, seasoning cube, and salt to taste. Stir till desired taste and your sauce is ready!!!..
  4. Plate the cooked plantains and top them with the prepared sauce.
