Doughnut

Donut is easy to make … it is made with flour, sugar , milk, egg , yeast etc

  1. Firstly , in a bowl, mix warm water, sugar and yeast and allow to rinse for few minutes
  2. On the same plate, pour your flour, sugar, egg, evaporated milk, butter, remaining sugar all together
  3. Mix all together evenly…and then form a dough and butter it to prevent it from sticking around
  4. Then transfer to another bowl and cover it to keep it warm until the dough doubles in size
  5. After few minutes, bring the dough out, and use a cookie cutter to cut out your doughs and leave for an hour inorder to make to dough rinse double in size
  6. Then heat your oil and fry your doughnuts
