Croaker Fish

Boiling fish is a gentle cooking method that retains its natural flavors while creating a tender and moist result.

  1. Rinse the croaker fish under cold running water to remove any scales, dirt, or impurities. Make sure to clean the inside of the fish as well.
  2. Once you finish rinse the fish pour in a pot add seasoning to your taste.
  3. Then put the pot on fire of medium heat, cook the corker fish for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the fish. The fish should be opaque and easily flake when tested with a fork.
  4. Use a slotted spoon or tongs to carefully lift the cooked croaker fish out of the boiling water and transfer it to a serving plate or platter.
  5. You can serve the boiled corker fish as is or with your choice of accompaniments, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a salad.
