CREAM CHICKEN SAUCE

This is a very easy and creamy sauce you can pair up with any pasta , rice of choice and even naan bread.

  1. season your soft chicken preferably chicken thighs or breasts with some seasoning cubes, garlic powder and some chilli peppers.

  3. Then go in with your marinated chicken and cook

  4. flip the chicken continuously so that each side of the chicken will cook properly

  5. When the chicken is properly cooked, take it out of the pan

  6. Then go in with some chopped onions, you can also blend the onions if you don't like seeing onions,

  7. Then add some onions and some blended fresh peppers , the pepper is for Nigerian taste buds of course you can skip it.

  8. Stir fry this for 1 minute then go in with your cooking cream.

  9. Now stir in very well then I added 1 slice of cheese strip you can add more cheese and you can also skip it , it is also very preferable if you use cheese blocks.

  13. I added some carrots, I do not like vegetables in this sauce, but you can as many vegetables as you want and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes and your sauce is ready!
