Coconut rice

Coconut rice is a  rice prepared by cooking white rice in a coconut milk or flakes.

  1. On a low heat , pour some oil, onions, carrots, green peppers and beans, spices, crayfish, pepper, sweet corn and stir all together
  2. Then pour your coconut milk and allow to cook alittle, then pour your rice and cover to cook
  3. It can be served with chicken or any meat of your choice
