COCONUT FLAVOURED AKARA

This is a new akara recipe I tried recently and it is sooo yummy and the flavour I top notch . Akara is also called be a cakes.

  1. introduce your washed beans or beans flour into the blender

  2. add coconut milk not too much so our akara is to too runny

  3. blend into a very smooth paste it is going to give a very creamy texture

  4. add blended peppers and onions with crayfish powder

  5. add seasoning and salt

  6. whisk very well to give a smooth consistency

  7. add oil in pan and fry
