COCONUT FLAVORED HERB RICE

This is a very nice and lovely way to infuse more herbs and flavours into your white rice, and this recipes a must try.

  1. In a clean pot add some water

  2. Then go in with your store bought coconut milk, or you can also extract the milk yourself anyone is fine , but I use store bought coconut milk.

  3. Then go in with your herbs, dry thyme, dry basil, dry or fresh parsley, you can also use lemon grass

  4. Go in with some salt ,stir and cover to come to a boil.

  5. Then go in with your washed basmati rice, you can use any other rice of choice too.

  6. Stir in and cover till the rice is properly cooked and dry.

  7. It takes basmati rice exactly 12 minutes to cook on medium heat

  8. Serve your basmati rice into a bowl.
