Club sandwich serve with jam doughnut
  1. Wash carrot and cabbage very well. Scrape the carrot and remove the seeds from the tomato
  2. Grate the carrot and cabbage using the small hole of a grater
  3. Cut the tomato into very tiny pieces, cut the hardboiled egg into tiny pieces
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, carrot, tomato, egg and cabbage and set aside

  5. In a separate plate, mash the sardine with a fork and mix with the magarine.
  6. Using a bread knife, cut off the crusty ends from the slices of bread. Take one of the slice of bread, spread the margarine and sardine mix on one side of it and cover with the second slice of bread
  7. Repeat the above step. Take the 2 slice, rub the carrot, cabbage, tomato and egg, mayonnaise mix on one side of it and cover with the other two slices
  8. All the slices of bread should be stuck together with 2 filling of the sardine and margarine mix and 1 filling of the margarine mix in the middle.
  9. Lay the sandwich flat on a board and make diagonaln cuts to get 4 triangular sandwiches.
  10. Serve with chilled drinks and doughnut
