Chocolate Chips Topped Banana Bread

Banana Bread  Each moist and fluffy muffin is a masterpiece, blending the rich, sweet essence of ripe bananas with the comforting warmth of carefully selected ingredients

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a nine inch bread pan with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Pour the vegetable oil in a bowl and add it to the mashed bananas
  4. Stir to combine. Add the baking soda and pinch of salt to the banana mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and banana flavour until the ingredients are well combined.
  6. Sift the flour into the mixture and fold it in gently until just combined. and nutmeg at this stage.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared bread baking pan. Sprinkle the Chocolate Chips on the batter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
