Chicken sauce is a meal or sauce prepared with chicken. It is a very tasty meal that can be served with rice, pasta or anything of your choice. It can be used as a diet for those on a strict diet plan

  4. Pour out your corn flour and mix with water , stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. I’m using Munro corn flour
  5. Then pour your mixed corn flour into the pot and the chicken stock , stir and throw in your cabbage, carrot and mix too
  6. Proceed to add your potatoes too into the pot then add some salt to taste, blended pepper, curry powder and thyme, your chicken as well , stir , cook on a low heat for about 30-45mins

  7. Note: corn flour mixture helps to thickens the sauce, in order to prevent your sauce from burning, there should be constant stirring and adding of water to obtain your desired thickness you want
  8. Serve with rice , pasta or anything of your choice
