CHICKEN CHINESE FRIED RICE

Chinese fried rice is in the family of fried rice originating from China , it is now very popular world wide and it is a very quick and easy meal you can put together.

  1. In a clean pot go in with some vegetable oil.

  2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl whisk , then add to the pot of vegetable oil.

  3. Scramble the eggs then take it out into a bowl and set aside.

  4. Add some more vegetable oil into the pot

  5. Go in with some chopped onions and minced garlic ,then saute for 1 minute.

  6. Go in with your chunks of marinated chicken breast.. Please use chicken breasts they cook faster.

  7. Go in with some soy sauce. Stir fry the chicken to cook for about 8 minutes or till when the chicken starts releasing it's own liquid. Please note I didn't use any seasoning for this recipe the soy sauce does the work. I didn't marinate the chicken hence the use of soy sauce.

  8. Go in with tour chopped carrots, bell peppers. and stir fry for 3 minutes. You can add blended pepper for Nigerian taste buds, if not go in with some paprika or cayenne pepper for a little heat.

  9. Add your precooked rice , this recipe is very ideal for left over white rice as well.

  10. If you want more colour in your rice then go in with more soy sauce , mix very well to combine , go in with your scrambled eggs, mix gently till everything is well combined.
